Wyoming Game and Fish Department’s Camp Wild

The WYldlife Fund has been proud to support Camp Wild at Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp. These camp offerings accomodate families and students at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department summer camp near Dubois, WY.

Camp Wild

Both the boys camp and girls camp focus on exploration of nature, introduction to conservation principles, practicing science, and learning new recreational outdoor activities while giving participants experiences to successfully navigate and positively interact with the outdoor environment. These camps, led by Wyoming Game & Fish Department staff, allow participants to observe the natural world, engage in wildlife, fish, and habitat biology, and recreate responsibly in the outdoors.

A few of the activities offered include:

  • Canoeing
  • Geocaching
  • Air Rifle
  • Birdwatching
