Eligibility & Requirements
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and a legal U.S. citizen to enter. Employees of The WYldlife Fund and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
Ticket Information: The purchase of raffle tickets does not constitute a charitable donation and is not tax‑deductible. Odds of winning are 1 divided by the total number of valid entries received.
Winner Notification & Requirements: Winners will be notified by phone or email. Winner announced on or about July 11, 2026, or within ten business days of sell‑out.
Taxes & Withholding: All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
For prizes valued over $5,000, federal law requires 24% income tax withholding, which must be paid before the prize is released. A Form W‑2G will be issued.
Additional Legal Requirements: This offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local regulations. If a winner is ineligible under applicable laws, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution provided. If a prize is declined or unclaimed, a backup winner will be drawn. The purchase of tickets constitutes consent for the use of the winner’s name and image by the WYldlife Fund.
