Janet Marschner is a Certified Public Accountant who spent her career as a healthcare executive. In 2001, she also founded J. M. Construction, building homes throughout Laramie County.

An avid outdoorswoman, Janet started the Cheyenne Fly Fishing Expo and Outbound Women Forward, an organization dedicated to mentoring and bringing women together in the outdoors.

In 2017, she founded Yola’s Pet Rescue, a non-profit animal rescue serving the Wind River Indian Reservation. In 2025, Janet founded the Spay & Neuter Cruiser, a mission-driven program focused on preventing pet overpopulation through accessible and affordable spay and neuter services.

With a deep commitment to community organizations, Janet serves on many boards and committees. She is currently a member of the Wyoming Health Fairs board and remains dedicated to the State of Wyoming, its people, wildlife, and pets.
